The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 488/2024 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-X, Ranchi. 4. On 25.03.2024, brother of the informant namely Alok Kumar left his house with co-accused Sundar Hembrom and Aman Paswan and thereafter, he went missing. On 28.03.2024, his dead body was recovered from a place behind Tulsi Apartment, Muharam Toli. During the course of investigation, both the petitioners were apprehended and, on their confession, mobile phone of deceased which was thrown in a pond was recovered. 5. It was submitted that the confessional statement of the petitioner Sundar Hembrom was recorded under Section 161 of the Cr. P.C., and later on the petitioner Aman Kumar Paswan was apprehended and thereafter, mobile phone of the deceased was recovered. 6. It appears that the petitioner Sunder Hembrom was first arrested, later on, the petitioner Aman Kumar Paswan was apprehended. Petitioner Sunder Hembram had already disclosed that he had thrown the mobile phone of the deceased on the pond. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner Sundar Hembrom, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 8. As far as the petitioner Aman Kumar Paswan is concerned, I am inclined to release the petitioner Aman Kumar Paswan, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Aman Kumar Paswan, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-X, Ranchi in connection with S.T. Case No. 488/2024 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
