Since this court in similar cases has already held that the condition as imposed by the respondents regarding allowance being paid subject to final outcome of SLP filed in Execution Petition No. 423 of 2023, titled as Jameet Singh vs. State, shall not be construed to be the condition precedent, therefore, even in this case such condition imposed by the respondents shall not be applicable. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?Yes 2 3. Consequently, the respondents are directed to pay the consequential benefits to the petitioner within a period of four weeks’ from today. 4.
