CORAM :THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI : 12*^ August, 2025. DATE PC : Interlocutory Application No.1 of 2025 has been filed seeking leave to prefer writ appeal against an interim
order dated 23.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.10477 of 2025. At this stage, we do not want to comment on whether the petitioner can at all be said to be ‘person aggrieved’ of the order which is sought to be challenged before us, yet, considering the fact that this is only an interim order
2.
2 HCJ & RCJ IA_1_25 in/and WA 894 2025 \ and the learned Smgle Judge is still seized of the matter and anything said by this Court would severely prejudice the outcome of the writ proceedings, we do not find any good ground for granting leave to file writ appeal. However, we leave the petitioner free to avail the appropriate remedy. Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed. Consequently the Writ Appeal also stands dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this appeal, shall stand closed.
