Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondent Police against illegal detention of petitioner's son at behest of petitioner's daughter-in-law i.e. 5th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 19, 21 of Constitution of India, and further seeking production of Petitioner's son Are Suresh, before this Hon'ble Court and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Learned Government Pleader appearing in the office of the learned Advocate General, on instructions given by Station House Officer, Dachepalli Police Station, states that the detenue has been traced to the house of Sri Ganji Nagamalleswara Rao and is working at Srinivasa Car Travels. The mobile number of the detenue is said to be 99632 34334.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that the detenue had not been arrested by the police and writ petition appears to have been filed on mere apprehension.
3. In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach this Court in the event of any future difficulty. There shall be no order as to costs.
