The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 Tahsildar, Tahsil Sadar District Azamgarh to decide case no. 5833 of 2024 (Computer Case No. T 202415060105833) under section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 Khaderu and another versus Sarjudei, early specific period within a month. II. Issue any other order or direction of this Hon'ble Court in favour of the petitioners. III. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioners." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that mutation proceeding is pending before the respondent no. 2-Tahsildar, Tahsil Sadar, District Azamgarh, under Sections 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 since 31.05.2024. He further placed a certified copy of the order sheet of the proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent no. 2-Tahsildar, Tahsil Sadar District Azamgarh to decide the aforementioned mutation proceeding expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties.
