No. 66/2015. It is submitted that the 2^^ respondent authority required the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs. 12,71,955/- towards revalidation charges for the release of the mortgaged plots, plot Nos. 24 to 29 and 90 to 105. It is also submitted that the 2. petitioner had paid the same vide Demand Draft dated 12.11.2024. In spite of the petitioner complying with the requirements of the 2'^'^ respondent, the 2"^^ respondent has so far not released the mortgaged plots. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2"'‘ respondent submits that the 2^^ respondent authority shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time. 3. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off and the 2"'^ respondent is directed to verify and release the mortgaged plots within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
