Thakur, Advocate ------ 03/11.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 289/2024 arising out of Godda (M) (Motiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-III, Godda. 3. On 13.06.2024, son of the informant had gone outside his house. Thereafter, he went missing. On 14.06.2024, his dead body was found buried near boring pump of this petitioner. Suspicion has been raised against this petitioner that he alongwith co-accused persons namely Hari Prasad Manjhi and Shashi Manjhi, might have committed the murder of the son of informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the place from where the dead body of the deceased was recovered is an open place. It was further submitted that it is also uninhabited. It was finally submitted that co-accused Hari Prasad Manjhi has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 1030/2025. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has confessed his guilt. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-III, Godda in connection with S.T. Case No. 289/2024 arising out of Godda (M) (Motiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
