Course. The aforesaid admission shall be subject to the final decision of this case.” Neither the petitioner nor anyone on his behalf is present to pursue the matter. The petition is pending, post admission, since 08.10.2004, and in view of the abovesaid interim order, there is likelihood that the petitioner might have even completed his course. Thus, it appears that with the efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing this case. In such circumstances, and without disturbing the interim order, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
