1. Mr. Parikshit Saini, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Sandeep Sharma and Mr. N.S. Kanyal, learned AGA for the State.
3. Time Extension Application (MCRC No.02 of 2025) has been moved by the applicant for extending the short term bail granted earlier by this Court on 04.03.2025, which was further extended on 09.05.2025 for a period of 60 days.
4. It is submitted by Mr. Parikshit Saini, learned counsel for the applicant that the period of short term bail is going to be expired on 10.06.2025, however, there is a serious medical issues of the applicant and he has been advised for surgery, therefore, the period of short term bail application be further extended.
5. The State counsel has no objection on this.
6. In view of the submission as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, and, furthermore, in view of the averments, as made in the Time Extension Application, the same is allowed.
7. Short term bail, granted to the applicant, is further extended for a period of six weeks.
8. It is made clear that after completion of the aforesaid extended period, the applicant shall surrender, failing which, the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate shall proceed in accordance with law.
