This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive prayer:-
“i. That the respondents may be ordered to process case of the petitioner for pension, from the due date, as per notification issued by the Govt. of H.P. in May, 2023, with all benefits incidental thereof.”

permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law, seeking appropriate relief(s) with necessary pleadings for claiming pension under the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972.

Granting such liberty, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
