Virender Singh, Judge (Oral) Respondent   No.2­CBI,   has   filed   reply   to   the petition, para 5 of which, is reproduced, as under:­ “That   CBI   had   filed   a   petition   before   this Hon’ble Court for transfer of above said local Police cases pending trial in the different courts of   HP   and   the   same   was   allowed   vide   order dated 09.05.2025 by this Hon’ble Court (copy of order enclosed as annexure ­A)  Now case filed by the respondent only will be put to trial.” 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2025:HHC:29527 2. In view of the said stand of respondent No.2­CBI, learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner,   seeks   permission   to withdraw the present petition, with liberty, to approach, this Court again, in case, need so arises, in future.   Leave and liberty,   as   sought,   is   granted.     The   petition   is   accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending miscellaneous application, if any.
