The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 27.7.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No.351 of 2024, under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 66C of the Information Technology Act, Police Station - Subhash Nagar, District - Bareilly. 3. Smt. Manju Thakur, learned A.G.A-Ist informs that as per the instructions received, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case on 10.12.2024 against the petitioner, however she is not certain whether cognizance has not been taken by the court concerned thereon or not. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till cognizance is taken on the police report under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. by the court concerned, the petitioner shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
