This revision is filed against the common order in I.A.No.199 of 2025 in O.S.No.121 of 2010 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Tirupati dated 05.05.2025. Mainly the said I.A. was dismissed on the ground that the 5th respondent/the 5th defendant is not made as party in the above said I.A. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is by over sight the 5th defendant could not be shown as the 5th respondent in the above said I.A. It is neither willful nor deliberate. 4. Hence, the petitioner may be permitted to implead the 5th defendant also as the 5th respondent in the above said I.A for the relief sought therein. Since the trial Court already dismissed those I.A.s by way of common order dated 05.05.2025 on the ground of non-joinder of necessary party to the said I.A., this Court permits the petitioner to file fresh applications for the above said reliefs, by showing all the parties concerned with full-fledged cause title and upon filing of the same, giving due opportunity to the other side, the trial Court shall conduct enquiry in the said I.A.s and appropriate orders shall be passed on merits without reference to the common orders passed dated 05.05.2025, which was assailed in this revision. 4 HBKM,J C.R.P.No.2070 of 2025 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
