The petitioner would submit that she married the respondent on 23.08.2018. Thereafter, due to difference of opinion the parties separated and the respondent herein had filed OP.No.501 of 2024, seeking dissolution of marriage. Subsequently, the petitioner herein had filed HMOP.No.119 of 2024 seeking restitution of conjugal rights. 3. The petitioner would submit that presently she is living at Chennimalai and it is very difficult for her to travel to Chennai to attend every hearing. The petitioner would submit that she has to take care of her 5 years old son.
