Learned counsel for the petitioner would request this Court that it would suffice to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.07.2025.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.5-Tahsildar, to examine the representation dated 15.07.2025 warily and pass appropriate orders after giving opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner herein, in accordance with law. It is needless to say, the decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order. There shall be no order as to costs.
