The memo so filed reads as follows: "MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The petitioner herein & undersigned council for petitioner herein submits that, petitioner has filed the above petition being aggrieved by the Letter/Order vide No.BDA/UKA-3/NPRKEM/434/2022-23, dated 28-07-2022 passed by the 2nd Respondent herein in canceling the site No.B9-SA-388 allotted the petitioner herein. Meanwhile respondents herein in a view to resolve the dispute as a case of special circumstances has decided to show some lenience has agreed to recall the cancellation order of the said sit through its letter dated 06-06-2025 addressed to Petitioner. In the circumstances petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above petition as not pressed. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20546 WP No. 16124 of 2023 Further if the respondents does not comply as per their letter then petitioner may be given liberty to proceed against the respondents by reopening the present petition."
