Both these Bail Applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, these Bail Applications are disposed of by a common order.

3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Rania P.S. Case No. 24/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 12 of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti.
4. On 19.07.2024, cow of the informant was stolen by unknown persons. Later on, the informant came to know that his cow was slaughtered by the petitioner Sujit Dahanga with the help of co-accused Pitar Topno.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that co-accused Tej Topno has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 364 of 2025.
6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that on the basis of confession of both these petitioners, hide of the slaughtered cow was recovered.
7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected.
8. The petitioners, if so advised, may renew their prayer for bail after six months.
