The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the orders dated 26.2.2024 and 21.3.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 2855 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that in the meeting dated 21.4.2025 of the District Level Pay Determination Committee, the case of the applicants was considered and they were given the benefit of the annual increment from 1.7.2016 in place of 1.1.2017. The said fact is also accepted by the counsel for the applicants. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record.
