Case No. 163 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the BNS and Charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 309(4) and 317(2) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals snatched Motorcycle, money and mobile phone from the informant. Upon statement of the petitioner, the looted motorcycle has been recovered. 4. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
