Case No.189 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 & 376 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Mithilesh Kumar Singh, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-VI- cum-Special Judge (CAW), FTC, Ranchi. On 08.01.2021, petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about four years. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage.
