Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with liberty to file regular bail application before the concerned trial Court. He would further submit that a direction may also be issued to the learned trial Court that in the eventuality of filing of regular bail by the applicants, the same may be taken up on the same day. 2. The prayer seems to be just and proper. 3. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicants. However, in the eventuality of filing of regular bail by the applicants, the learned trial Court is directed to take up the bail application of the applicants on the same day.
