This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) Direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur to decide the Civil Suit No.10 of 2024 under section 7(1)(b) Exp.g. Family Court Act read with order 32A Rule 1(2) (c) and Section 7, 25, 10 of Guardians and Wards Act as expeditiously within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 7 of the Guardians and Wards Act has been initiated by the petitioner which is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur and has been registered as Civil Suit No.10 of 2024. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur to decide the Civil Suit No.10 of 2024, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
