No. 74/2020 and in effect allow the application filed by the non-applicant/petitioner herein under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. in toto, in the interest of justice.” 3. It appears that with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing this matter. 4. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim order, if any, passed earlier shall stand vacated. 5. Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the trial Court concerned forthwith for necessary information and compliance.
