It was disposed of by this Court, after considering the materials on record, indicating that since the final report has been filed, it is for the trial Court to look into the material and take appropriate decision regarding the offences made out and the persons involved in the crime. However, from the affidavit filed by the Inspector of Police, Thandarampattu Circle Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District, it is seen that the trial Court having perused the final report had sought for Doctor's opinion regarding injuries and posted the matter on 24.09.2025 for further clarification. 2. In view of the above facts, this Court finds that the contempt petition does not lie.
