NARASINGH Order No. ORDER 06.01.2026 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Spl. Case No.98 of 2025 pending on the file of learned District and Sessions Judge, Bargarh, arising out of Bargarh P.S. Case No.719 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Section 20(b)/25/29 of NDPS Act. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 4. Ground of parity, if so urged, shall be taken into account. 8. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. (V. NARASINGH) Judge Soumya Designation: Jr. Stenographer
