It is brought to the notice of this Court that order has been complied with however with certain delay. This Court is satisfied for the reasons mentioned in the counter-affidavit that there is no wilful disobedience. As such, this Court is inclined to close the contempt case. 6. Accordingly, contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________
