Petitioner has been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 107 of 2024 arising out of Dhurwa P.S. Case No. 222 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 65(2) and 62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 6 and 17 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted seven years old daughter of the Informant. 4. It was submitted that medical report does not support the allegation. It was further submitted that two witnesses have been examined during the trial and they have not supported the prosecution case. 5.
