ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS, declaring the action of Respondent No. 4 calling me to the, Patamata police station and interfering in my peaceful life as illegal, arbitrary, without any authority of law and jurisdiction and violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 not to summon me to the SHO, Patamata Police Station or not interfere with my personal liberty and to pass....…”
2. Heard Sri T.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any registration of the crime.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute and Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However the police are
directed not to call the petitioner to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
