The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing to authority pass suitable order as early as possible. NIRMALA RAO 2 10.2 That, any other relief looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, which may deem fit and proper, may also be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to prefer a representation before the respondent authorities in light of the judgment rendered by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others in W.A. No.261 of 2023. He would contend that Assistant Teachers have been extended benefit of Krammonati Vetanman by that order. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to prefer a representation before the respondent authorities in light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Smt. Sona Sahu (supra). If such representation is moved, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case. 6. With the aforesaid observation(s) & direction(s), the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
