It is stated that vide order dated 3rd May, 2025, the learned Sole Arbitrator has reserved orders in the Award. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of three (3) months from today. 5. Counsel for the parties submit that the mandate had otherwise expired on 22nd August, 2025. 6. Accordingly, the period from the said date till today is also regularised.
