During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Transport Department, at the outset, submits that in order to redress his grievance the Petitioner instead of preferring this Writ Petition should have approached the Taxing Officer-cum-Regional Transport Officer, Mayurbhanj/ Opposite Party No.3 at the threshold of the dispute. Considering the above submission, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the Petitioner to approach the Taxing Officer-cum-Regional Transport Officer, Mayurbhanj along with a representation within a period of ten working days hence. In such event, the said authority shall look into the grievance of the Petitioner and pass a lawful order in the matter within a period of ten working days thereafter. The Petitioner shall also pay the tax, if any, imposed on the above noted vehicle. 6. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
