Through the medium of instant petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief:- “Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner for special one time settlement (sots) of the case of the petitioner as the petitioner is ready to settle the loan account with the respondents bank.” S. No. 150 2 WP(C) No. 815/2025 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 15.03.2025 before respondent No.1-Chairman J&K Bank Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar with regard to the grievance projected in the said representation. However, till date, the same has not been accorded due consideration by the said respondent and feeling aggrieved of the same, the instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner. 03. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case, the respondents, more particularly, respondent No. 1 is directed to accord consideration to the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner within some stipulated time. 04. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the record. 05. Issue notice to the respondents. 06. Mr. Karan Singh, Advocate appearing vice Mr. Aakash Gupta, Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that he is not averse to the aforesaid proposition, provided the case of the petitioner is directed to be accorded consideration under rules and as per law. 07. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold and, is accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 to accord consideration to the representation dated 15.03.2025 alleged to have been filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order along with writ petition and annexures are made available to the said respondent, strictly under rule and as per law. The order of consideration, which is likely to 3 WP(C) No. 815/2025 be passed be forwarded to the petitioner by the respondents through registered post. 08. The instant writ petition, is accordingly, „disposed of‟ along with all connected application(s).
