Order No.02 Dated- 15-01-2025
It is the case of the petitioner that the 3rd MACP has not been granted to him inspite of the fact that he remained in the post for more than 10 years without being regularly promoted.
Counsel for the respondents submits that if a fresh representation is filed by the petitioner before respondent no.4, the respondent no.4 will consider the case of the petitioner and will pass an appropriate order.
Considering the submission of the parties I direct the petitioner to approach before the respondent no.4 by filing a detailed representation annexing all the documents in favour of the petitioner. If the same is filed within four weeks, the same will be considered and a reasoned order will be passed by the respondent no.4 on the representation. If It is found necessary to place the case of the petitioner before the committee or board, the same would be placed. In the event it is found that the petitioner is entitled for 3rd MACP, the consequential benefit of the same should be extended to the petitioner including revision of
pension etc. The entire proceeding should be concluded within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
