(ORAL) In compliance of the previous order, status report dated 25.03.2025 has been filed by the State, which is taken on record. Mr. Manoj R. Sharma, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.4 and 5 and has filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. Learned State counsel as well as counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5, jointly submit that the alleged detenue Priya was recovered from the bus stand at Dinanagar on 11.03.2025 and was kept at Sakhi One Stop Centre, Gurdaspur and as per her own wishes, her custody has been handed over to the petitioner (mother). There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the submission as made by the respondents, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and even otherwise the same stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
