The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 236/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Shikha Rani Tigga, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 29.10.2024, at about 09:45 P.M., Katkamsandi Police raided the house of the petitioner and on search, a loaded country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2024. It was further submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. Mr. Naveen Kr Gaunjhu, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
