The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, certificate under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Society Act (MCS Act) is issued against which challenge is available under section 154 of MCS Act. The learned counsel therefore submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file the revision under section 154 of MCS Act before the appropriate authority. 2. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file the revision under section 154 of MCS Act before the appropriate authority.
