The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 55/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 342, 385, 386, 387, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506, 120B/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Shri S.S. Tirki, learned J.M.F.C., Chatra. On 19.12.2023 at about 10:00 P.M., 6-7 unknown miscreants belonging to T.S.P.C. Cadre set ablaze two Hywa loaded with coal near Billari Upgraded School. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that several co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of of Shri S.S. Tirki or his successor, in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 55/2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
