1. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.01.2024 passed in B.A. No.11334 of 2023.
2. It appears that vide order dated 24.01.2024 the petitioner was granted regular bail on the condition that he will furnish bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties.
3. On perusal of the petition, it appears that the petitioner has approached this Court through JHCLSC. He comes from economically weaker section of the society and is not able to furnish the bail bonds.
4. Considering the pleadings made in the present petition, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is, hereby, allowed and the order dated 24.01.2024 is, hereby modified to the extent that the “applicant is directed to be released on personal bond”.
5. With the above modification, the instant criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
