Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Gonda P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 113 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 70(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 and 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. On 15.07.2024 at about 6.00 p.m., victim was raped by the petitioner Mickey Kumar Prajapati and two unknown persons. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner Mickey Kumar Prajapati @ Mickey Kumar on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected 5. As far the petitioner Anand Kumar @ Anand Kumar Prajapati is concerned, it was submitted that he is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that he was not put on T.I. Parade. 6. Mrs. Priya Shrestha, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner Anand Kumar @ Anand Kumar Prajapati. On 2. specific query, whether the petitioner Anand Kumar @ Anand Kumar Prajapati was put on T.I. Parade, she has stated that he has not been put on T.I. Parade. However, she has stated that FSL report is awaited. 7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner Anand Kumar @ Anand Kumar Prajapati on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Anand Kumar @ Anand Kumar Prajapati is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with Gonda P.S.
