The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 483 of NBSS 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested on 1-1-2024 in connection with Crime No. 312 of 2023 registered at Police Station – Sakti, District Sakti (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Sections 304(B), 306 and 34 of IPC. First bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merit on 27-6-2024. 2 2. Learned counsel, for the applicant would submit that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail petition with a prayer that a direction may be given to the trial court to expedite the trial. 3. Considering the fact that out of 24 witnesses, 13 witnesses, have already been examined and remaining 11 witnesses have to be examined and further considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 1-1-2024, it is directed that the trial Court shall expedite the trial. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn.
