Heard the parties.
2. Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common
order.
3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Rania P.S. Case No. 19/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 416/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201 of the I.P.C., subsequently charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti.
4. On 26.05.2024, the husband of the informant namely Anthony Topno left his house and thereafter he went missing.
5. During the course of investigation, co-accused persons were apprehended and on their confession several incriminating articles were recovered. From perusal of the Case Diary, it appears that on confession of petitioner Gabriel Topno a blood stained knife was recovered from
the house of the petitioner Nelsan Kongari.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that on confession of another co-accused a blood stained Dowli was recovered. It was further submitted that the recovery of an axe has been planted by the Investigating Officer.
7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected.
