JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 16/07/2025 1. From the record, it appears that in last two occasions, when this matter was listed before the Court i.e. on 09.08.2018 and 04.01.2024, no one put in appearance on behalf of petitioner and today also, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, hence, the writ petition is being considered on merits as per the material available on record. [2025:RJ-JP:26555] (2 of 2) [CW-17425/2018] 2. Instant civil writ petition was filed by and on behalf of petitioner on 31.07.2018, feeling aggrieved by non-consideration of his application for grant of compassionate appointment in place of his deceased father Ramchandra Gurjar. 3. It has inter alia been pleaded that petitioner's father was posted as Helper in Ajmer Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd. (for short, 'Sangh') and while in service, he died on 20.05.2000. At that point of time, petitioner was a minor of age three years. After attaining the age of majority, petitioner moved application dated 13.03.2018 to consider his candidature for grant of compassionate appointment, but same has not been responded, hence, this writ petition. 4. This Court finds that on record, petitioner has not enclosed any application, allegedly filed by him before the Sangh for considering his candidature on the basis of compassionate appointment. 5. In the absence of any application, the writ petition is without substance and same is hereby dismissed. 6. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J RONAK JAIMAN/41
