The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial No.59 of 2023, arising out of Narayanpur P.S. Case No.11 of 2023 for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, who was murdered in her matrimonial home. Several witnesses have stated that the petitioner had assaulted the deceased due to which, she succumbed to her injuries.
