In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to consider the representations at Annexures J, K and L-2 to L-5. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that petitioner has made an application to respondent Nos.3 to 5 seeking survey as well as fixation of boundary in respect of the subject land, however, the said representation at Annexure-J dated 27.09.2022 is not considered. He also submitted that the respondent authorities have issued notice as per Annexure-N to conduct survey, however, the same has not been complied with by the respondent authorities. Accordingly sought for interference by this Court in this writ petition. 3. Heard learned Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned AGA for the respondent. Learned AGA submitted that the petitioner be permitted to file an application through - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20434 WP No. 17990 of 2024 online and the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the respondents have already issued a notice as per Annexure-N to conduct survey in respect of the subject land and therefore, I am of the view, that respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall expedite the survey in respect of the subject land in the manner known to law. 5.
