Dulchi when a secret information was received that the petitioner who were engaged in the business of manuf were having huge quantity of liquor with them and were present at that time near Kilche Ke. It was informed that they were waiting for some vehicle for taking it further and could be apprehended if a raid immediately con immediately rushed towards informed place after sending a ruqa for registration of FIR. The petitioners were found present there along with three rubber tubes. On seeing the police party, they managed after leaving behind those tubes. On checking the tubes, 300 bottles of illicit liquor was found kept therein. The same was taken in custody. After registration of FIR, investigation proceedings have been initiated and are underway.

It is inter alia argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that they have been falsely implicated in this case. No recovery is to be effected them. They are ready to join the investigation. The petitioners shall also abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482 (2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksh (for short BNSS), 2023.” Status report dated 03.04.2025 filed on behalf of respondent is taken on record.
