The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of action of respondent No.3 whereby they were not allowed to attend their duties.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that she has no instructions, however, she may be granted liberty to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives.

Dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
