Mishra, A.P.P. --- 03 / 10.01.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111 (2) (ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66B, 66C and 66D of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, Jamtara. 3. On 07.10.2024, Cyber Police, Jamtara apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons on suspicion that they were involved in cyber offence. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that no victim has come forward to state that the petitioner has cheated anybody. It was further submitted that co-accused Salamat Ansari has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 10267 of 2024 by order dated 08.01.2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
