In this petition the petitioner has sought transfer of M.C.No.140/2024 pending on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gokak to the competent Court at Banahatti. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the respondent herein has filed M.C.No.140/2024 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gokak, it is argued by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that hardship will be caused to the petitioner herein to travel from Gokak to Banahatti and therefore, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6768 CP No. 100007 of 2025 5.
