1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s) :
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the REKHA SINGH Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH
-2- possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court máy kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 21.07.2016. (Annexure P-1) issued by the respondent no.4 i.e. Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Services, Division Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.), whereby the petitioner has been directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 15016521/- within a week. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondents to returned the amount of Rs. 110735/- with interest @ 18% per annum, which has recovered from the salary of the petitioner. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”

Shadangi, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would submit that the order of recovery of Rs.15,016,521/- was passed against the petitioner on 21.07.2016 and there is no interim order. 3. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter. 4. Consequently, the petition is dismissed on this ground alone. Sd/-
