The Court made the following Order: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice R. Raghunandan Rao)
The petitioner has approached this Court with the contention that, her son had been forcibly taken away by the 3rd respondent, on 14.07.2025 and his whereabouts are not known. 2. The learned Government Pleader, in the office of the learned Advocate General, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, had stated that the detenue had not been detained by the 3rd respondent and infact there was a rival complaint from the wife of the detenue, on 18.07.2025. It was further stated that, the whereabouts of the detenue were not known and the Police Authorities were also trying to locate him. These submissions were made and recorded, on 05.08.2025. 3. Today, the learned Government Pleader again, on instructions, submits that, the detenue could not be located and steps are being taken to ascertain his whereabouts. 4.
In that view of the matter, we do not find any reason to keep this Writ Petition alive and it is accordingly closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue her remedies under Law and to approach this Court in the event of any future difficulties.
